Maybe its not about YOU. Maybe its about God. If it is, then why would he need to prove anything to you or anyone else, he wouldn't. FYI, if you didn't create this world or the people of it, than you aren't the person who should be demanding things. You should be thankful for an existence
However I totally understand your desire to ask why, but keep in mind it might not be about you. With that said smile they are free.

I can give you some suggestions, maybe not answers so much, that helped me know for sure. First of all every mainstream religion, other than christianity, like mormonism, Jehovahs witnesses, islam, buddhists, and so on, believe Christ was a prophet and the great teacher that ever lived. No other religions see that in any other religion about another. If you believe in islam or any other religion most people dont care but if you mention Christ or that He created everything then you get people who are offended and angry just for mentioning Him. To me there is no question who was the right One. And once you accept Christ as your saviour, then He revels things to you, He comforts you and you have this joy, if you can trust and rely on Him, that cant be shaken. Unfortionatly, most Christians dont have that joy and are hipocrites. But if we focus on others and not on Christ, these things will blind us of the truth. The world wants us to act or dress or look a certain way and if we listen to the world it will blind us of the truth.

A wise man once said, "There's the truth (frowns, shakes head) and the truth (smiles, nods)." Actually, the truth doesn't matter. Its about belief. Lots of contraditory belief. Like how people believe that Heaven is difficult to get into, yet everyone they know and love will be there when they get there, (if they get there). Truth is, the one truth is whatever you want it to be! Thats the beauty of religion! You can mix and match, accept this stuff, discard that stuff, and its all "true." If we were gonna say the that any one particular religious book is true, then we would have to pick one and if we picked the Bible, then we would have to pick which version of the Bible. It would all get too complicated. So we all decided that everything is true. Which, if you think about it, means nothing is true, but why would you wanna deny yourself the truth by thinking about how its not true? You wouldn't. So all you need to do is choose whats true, and not think about how its not true, then you can tell everyone about your truth and find out what parts they picked to be true, and if its different from yours, you can tell them how they don't know whats true. The beauty of the system is that everyone gets to think they're right and be personally satisfied. And if you have some problem with your truth, you can borrow someone else's. It's really quite genius.

Jesus Christ answered this question saying "I am the truth". neither Buddhism nor Islam claim this truth. They pointed to the higher being. You might have asked to proof that God is one because of three names we use the Father, the Son and the Holy spirit. But we have one God who is existing in three persons.
Concerning the life after death which Christianity also claims is rooted/based on the resurrection of Jesus Christ. After His resurrection he stayed on earth for 40 days. It shows how a human being will live after death. He could eat, drink, be touched. at the same time he could pass through the closed door. such is the uniqueness of the body which every believer of Christ will experience and enjoy in heaven. However that same nature of body will be possessed by unbeliever of Jesus Christ. But he will spend eternity in hell. Because when God himself took the risk of saving the sinners from hell and sin and Satan. they are not believing in Him. So, automatically they will be dragged by Satan into hell. So, Christian is more appealing in this sense of resurrection. That why is Christ is truth.

Being that all religions claim to be bible based (Many religions today, while claiming to follow the Bible, are largely influenced by human philosophies and traditions therefore straying from what the bible teaches) I'm 100% positive that which ever religion sticks to exactly what the bible says would be the truth. Being that it's the only book that a majority of religions base their religions on, and the MOST widespread book in the entire world, AND is in nearly any language as well as being widespread world wide, there is definitely reason to look to the bible for the truth. therefore you have to ask yourself which religion out there actually and truely in COMPLETE agreement with the bible's teachings, standards, etc.
you'll be surprised as to where it could lead you.
God's Name- Psalm 83:13
i, myself, being a bible student and have dedicated myself to living by what the bible teaches. i'm around if there's questions.

Hi,
I can quote Bible scriptures to you and recommend certain passages for reading but you won't know what the truth is until you find it for yourself. I am a christian and I do beleive that God is the one and only true God as it states in the Bible. I don't believe this because someone told me or showed me. I believe this because I researched God for myself. It was my personal experience with God and the way He revealed Himself to me that made a believer out of me. It was the unconditional love and acceptance that I felt and still feel every time I pray, read my bible, go to church, talk with other believers.
Science cannot determine whether or not God exists. Science can tell you that your heart doesn't exist. Just because you can't see it doesn't mean it isn't there. Just because you can't see God doesn't mean that He doesn't exists.
Out of all the other "gods" that are supposedly in existenance, God is the only one that came to us in the flesh in the form of His son, Jesus and after death, He is the only one that rose from the dead and is still alive and exists today.
I encourage to explore Jesus Christ for yourself and come to your own conclusions.

Easy. So you believe in the One God right? If not I can prove that to you too. Buddhism, Christianity, Judaism, Induism, etc were originally the one right religion. Just like a child that goes to school for the first time, must learn numbers first before taking math, then algebra, then calculus; so as mankind matured w/ intelligence and thus as time passed, the message came in more detailed form. Islam came as the final religion of mankind. God is One, and all who claim to worship One God, it is the same except some follow the older voided religions. Just to show you an exampled; Christian Arabs in the Middle East when they read their Arabic Bibles say Isa ibn Allah or Jesus the son of Allah/God. In Islam we believe God is greater than can be imagined and so images can not portray Him. Prophet Jesus was not crucified, it was Judas. God can not have a son or else who would be the father of God? This is a concept introduced by a Jewish man named Saul who is now known as St. Paul and he took it from Zues son of Apollo. Within Islam there are sects, and when you get to this level you can look deeper into Biblical prophesies like that of genesis ~And from the seed of Ishmael a great nation will I create, and from him 12 righteous descendants will I give. Prophet Muhammad (SAW) was the only one to be from prophet Ishmael and he had 12 righteous descendants. The Bible also says false prophets will not succeed and know them by their fruits. Islam is going to be the largest religion on this planet not in the too far off future, and if you read his life story not from CNN or BBC you will actually see how humble he was, how he was in love with prophet Jesus and his holy mother the Virgin Mary. I didn't go into too many details of prophesies to keep it short and for you to investigate for yourself. Another prophesies in the Bible is that it 'accidentally' mistranslated a word paraclytis which means Ahmad (short for Muhammad) into Holy Spirit from the original language of prophet Jesus was was Aramaic (sister language of Arabic); etc, etc, etc. How could God die? Doesn't existence depend on God for Him to die on the cross? If God can not die, why would He be resurrected back to life? Some one might tell you, just read the Bible dear, JC is the only way; but aren't we as human beings worth more? We aren't animals like sheep, we investigate and use our asset, mind which makes us different than animals.

Being a Christian, I believe the claim of Jesus Christ, that He is the only way to the Father (God)....in the bible, John 14:6, Jesus says "I am the way, the truth and the life, no man comes to the Father, but by me".
Can I prove to you that this is true? No. God has a reason for this. Each of us needs to choose for ourselves who we believe Jesus to be. Therefore, all I can do is present the claim of Jesus to you that He indeed is the truth. But you will have to decide whether to believe...or reject....His claim.

Whether you're a Christian or Muslim or Buddhist or Hindu or Sikh or Jain or Bahai or Zoroastrian or Jew or whatever faith...
All propagand one thing that God lives in your heart and here by God, we dont mean some idols or pictures adorning our shelfs or temples or churches...
All the religions say about belief in yourself. In Hinduism, they say that the whole world is in the word "OM" but OM is in your heart.
In bible, it is mentioned that Christ said "If ye have faith in thyself as tiny as mustard seed, nothing shall be impossible unto ye" which again substantiates my point to have faith in yourself.
And though am a Hindu but an agnostic person... I do not belief in worshipping some idols or pictures of Gods and Goddesses but a fact that a spiritual force is always surrounding me to make me do the right things. I do not believe in the games of God or Luck by and large but that God (or your inner force/spiritual force) has given me the chance to chose my own destiny and if I keep on doing the right things, I shall reach my destination and thus seek salvation.

Yes, Biblical Prophecy and the fact that Jesus Christ is the only living God, Muhammed died never to return, Buddha died never to return, but Christ, when he died on that cross for our sins and was then buried in His tomb, He rose again 3 days later and roamed the Holy Land for 40 days and 40 nights revealing Himself to the apostles, Saul (Paul), and many others
This link shows some of the numerous prophecies set forth by the Bible and have been fulfilled, you will not find that in the tora or koran
