A tricky thing happens in the brain when we feel all kinds of emotions. Chemical reactions in the brain cause us to almost crave certain emotional responses. Some people begin to develop an "addiction" to certain emotions, when their emotional responses conrtol the everyday thought pattern.
Perhaps if you see the documentary called "What The Bleep Do We Know?" you will gain some more insight into the issue of controling your way of thinking. I also icluded a link in the resource box which has very helpful information about how to help control how we internalize events that happen in our lives.
I hope you find this all to be helpful, and good luck with all.

Dear one
Being independent is a never easy matter; you live by yourself and workplace seem the only place for you to socialize. Often people don't have time for you to offer you a rather warm friendship.
I sense that there are so much you want to have it in life, yet at the current stage you seem out of reach. To love and to belove is the very thing we all struggling with. And sometimes, it pains us to think that we are all alone and no one care.
Relationship is the most complicate yet at the same time, simple thing that every human being has to deal with. It is not a matter that can handle it easily by one man's power.
You seems want to know more about relationship, and you may have a lot of questions in your mind on this matter. I would like to help you and bring you to the insight of your situation, so that you can have a clearer picture of your current stage. It will be your choice to continue this with me, of cause I cannot grantee what you will hear is something you want to hear. But you need someone to help you, and I love to offer that assistance.
Sonny

Exercise! Endorphin, a hormone released while working out is basically the "positivism hormone". It'll help you see matters from a different perspective and will also benefit your looks which consequently will boost your self steam. Move, try working out outdoors, just walking in the park for 1 hr, at your own pace, no hurry whatsoever. Try it!

Honey, it's called lonely. You need to take a long hot bath with candles and do what makes you feel real pretty. Pamper yourself, then go shopping, stop for a nice cup of latte and a salad, then call a friend and go out for a while. I've been there done that and my plan works...Good Luck
