No, that proves that you are not. Think about it! There is a God. Actually there is only one true God! Look around. There is design all around us. You can't possibly believe that everything came into being with a big bang! What good do you get out of that. You can't get your dirty house, blow it up with dynomite and go back in and it be immaculate. Or even millions of years of evolving. There is a thing called entropy. And yes, there is lots of things that are bad in the world and there are also good. God is in control. It is not God bringing all the bad thing it is sin. Everything was perfect before the fall in the garden of Eden. There is so much design and plan that I don't see how people like you think there is not a God. Why don 't you do some research. If the earth was the slightest closer to the sun, we would burn up. If it was the slightest further back, we would freeze. If you don't choose to accept the truth now then you will find out the hard way there is a God when you are not allowed in heaven and you must go to hell. I am not meaning to be harsh, but it is just the truth.

See the metaphor is right, you can not see air but it exists, in the same way many of us haven;t seen God, but nevertheless He exists. where is the problem in the metaphor?. Now you are giving proof that air can be proved to exist based on the consequence that air exists. Now that is a different thing, we say that God is like air in the sense that even though we can not see it, we can know that it exists. When have you heard a christian to say that God has exactly the same characteristics than air. That is just nonsense. If you are implying or you want to believe that God has the same characteristics as air, then that is your personal opinion. In any case the metaphor would be like , God is air, or God is in essence air, The metaphor uses the word see, or feel, but we never say equal. That would be almost as saying that 2 = 10, obviously that will give u a wrong answer. But the metaphor deals with the material senses not being able to perceive God. IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU STILL BELIEVE WHAT U WANT TO BELIEVE, BUT JUST TO END YOU CAN PERCEIVE GOD, THE PROOF OF THAT IS VERY SIMPLE, i DARE YOU TO GO IN FRONT OF A CHURCH OR TEMPLE ETC, AND CURSE GOD AND SAY AWFULLY BAD THINGS ABOUT HIM, BE THE MEANEST AND CRUELEST YOU CAN IN FRONT OF HIS DOOR OR JUST IN AND OPEN SPACE, AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS. AFTER ALL YOU DON'T THINK HE EXISTS, I DARE U, IF YOU HAVE THE GUTS TO INSULT HIM.

Personally I never equated God to "air." If a person choose to believe God, there are many reasons why that person believes in God. In my opinion, and I am no expert, these reasons are usually spiritual ones, which makes it very hard to prove to a non-believer that God exists. Bottom line is, no one can prove with evidence of this physical world. The proof lies within the person and what they believe. There are many people that go to church but have a hard time understanding how and why God exists. Then there are plenty of people who don't go to church but believes in life after death. There are 6 billion people on this planet, every single person different than the next. Each person believes what they want to a certain level. It's the differences in the world (and possibly money) that makes the world go round and round.
As for your insult on Christians, I'm a little confused. In your statement you can replace "Christian" with any other religion. To me it doesn't seem that you don't believe in God and think he is a fake, but that have a personal vendetta against Christains specifically. If you really don't belive in God, then you would be attacking all religions equally.

Christians (Possibly - I'm not a Christian so I cannot say Definitely) probably equate their God with Air because they are still stuck with the old notion that "You can't see it, or Prove it's there!" even though, you can indeed prove it's there. It's an old misconception that sounds smart, like it should prove a point, even though it does not.
I cannot SEE air, but it has indeed been proven to exist. The Christian's God can neither be seen nor proven, therefore their comparison is invalid.

It is like this, equating God to air is making the point that just because you don't see something doesn't make any less there?
So you choose not to believe in God and I choose to believe. If you don't what's the big deal in my believing?
Lets say you are right and there is no god. Fine, But if I do live my live true to what I believe, putting others before myself, treating others as I want to be treated myself. Living a life of kindness as my faith teaches. Then who have I hurt? So I die and there is no God just nothing, was life still worth living?
But lets say that I am right and God exist as I believe, Heaven waits for me and What happen to those who say to God, "Well I just didn't believe in you."
I would rather be wrong in my position than be wrong in yours.

they meant Heir but illiterates spelled air cause they try to get you away from the truth.
just like some say the Lamb SLAIN is Larrib SL A I IV is incorrect so the change it to the Lamb DI'ED. so the shape of those sealed 1-4 are IIII I ., which on skin look like a an outline of DI.
or they say its not a Larri at all but a Jesus who was resurrected which larry thinks is impossible after a long period of time.
and a god light as feeling loving is not fake it is real and exists, cause pure in heart are promised to see it before they die. I saw it. I AM not sure their is an afterlife though but it was nice to feel.

Because we believe God is Creator of all things including air. He created the brain you think with and it's your choice what you want to think. Christians have a deep sense with the presence of God; we don't depend on our six senses to believe. We witness to situations in our lives of which it is impossible for man to control or turn around. You clearly know right from wrong, good from evil and believing in something you cannot see is too much of a challenge for you to handle. We understand that and we pray for you that will change before Jesus comes. You just don't realize that you don't want to go to hell with satan for eternity. We also pray for your soul to be relaeased from the evil grip of unbelief. Try "trapping" God in a balloon and answer your own question. Clue: Science can't help you.

Your proof is weak. You extrapolate and then beat down the argument. This is a logical fallacy known as a "strawman" argument. It's where you make up stuff that no one said and then defeat it. No one said "God is exactly like air in every way." You made that blind leap. If you were a truly deep thinker, you would try and refute what people say, not what you think they say.

ok, first I agree that it really is a generalization that speaks real for some no longer all Christians. second, Christians do no longer equate God as an total to air itself until eventually you're conversing contained in the experience of giving and continuning existence and utilizing that as a metaphor for God. third, what's equated indirectly with air is the Holy Spirit, yet it really is a translation element. contained in the recent testomony, the be conscious that's used for spirit, transliterated as pneuma (the position we get words like pneumatic), has dissimilar meanings. that express be conscious can advise Spirit, wind, or breath. some human beings take this to advise that the Holy Spirit is liken to a breath of wind in that it really is everywhere and consequences issues without being considered. that's an ok reference, besides the undeniable fact that weakly supported by utilizing scripture. Many take this way too far and get too allegorical with it and commence keeping that each and every time that Breath or Wind is observed in scripture it potential the Holy Spirit. that's merely stupid overgeneralization and allegory. In Trinitarian doctrine, all 3 elements of hte Trinity are both God. to that end the Holy Spirit is God, merely manifested in a diverse kind. to that end, in an exceedingly free way, you'll say that God is the "Holy breath" or "Holy wind," yet once back, which could no longer supported by utilizing something else of scripture by any potential and is to that end thrown out by utilizing any theologian nicely worth beign observed as a theologian. i am hoping this solutions your question and helps you realize the false impression held by utilizing some Christians. Please attempt no longer to overgeneralize issues and to that end stereotype each and every man or woman belonging to a set. You belongto some team and does no longer opt to be stereotyped so please do no longer do it to others. thanks for taking the time to ascertain this, i am hoping it helped, and God Bless.

Hello,
Christians simply use this metaphor because although air is not seen it exists...most people dont believe in God because they can't see Him...However faith is hoping in those things we cant see and trsuting in what is not known. Walking with God is through faith...
God can't be manipulated because He is much greater than us..His thought are much higher than ours..God is perfect..
Lastly, God can certainly be tested...i dont suggest u test Him though..not a good idea...You shall not tempt the Lord your God...
Here's a link that talks of Einstein's beliefs of the existance of a God.
