If I condone a friends open homosexuality, will this mean according to Christianity I'm going to hell?

No, and don't worry about it. Your more likely to piss God off by treating homosexuals badly... that's how he made them and if someone has an issue with that they should take it to their creator.

No Jesus would be friends with them too and if you condone homosexuality do in your home. Most people if they condone it more likely are afraid of it or think its sin (which its not and have scriptural ref.), but we as Christians are to live by the royal law of love and people that put conditions on love are not living according to God's word. Love is unconditional, so live in freedom and continue to be friends with your friends of any kind.

If you CONDONE it then you will have to answer for that. It might not be a ticket to hell but you should proably start thinking of how you will explain condoning it. Being a friend ISN'T condoning it though. So not sure if you are condoning it or if you re just confused.

You can accept the person and be freinds without accepting the behavior. You do not have to accept what they do as right to hang with them. If we love God we do not want to accept or condone actions that openly go against God's will. How does God feel about this? Read the scripture below:
26Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. 27In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.

I am freinds with alot of unsaved people. It doesn't matter what the hang-ups are. You can be a positive influence. Support yourself more though with Christian freinds who can support and strengthen you.

Thats not according to Christianity or the bible or any of Christs' teachings. He does hate the sin but not the sinner. We have to be friendly and trat them with respect but if somone is in any sin that can easily bring you down or cause you to loose your testimony with others then dont have any close relationships with them. Dont ignore or look down on them but help them by being a friend and when the time is right to share the Gospel with them. Christians are no better than anyone else on the outside but on the inside its a different story in that we are bought with the Blood of Christ and we have passed from death unto life.

Where does it say in the Bible that you cannot even have acquiantances with gay people? I think some misguided pastor may be feeding you a line fro mhis own twisted perceptions of God's Word. Learn to tell the difference.

unless you are sleeping with that person, i would say no. just being friends with someone is not condoning their sexuality. not unless you try to hook him up on dates or something. relax. you will still have a place in heaven.

No, I don't think so. It's not you that is gay you're just friends so I did think it would matter much on your chances of getting into heaven.

No because the christian have this all wrong. God does not hate Gays. If he did then why did he make them the way he did?
