I pray every day, many times. I'm not usually on my knees with my hands folded and my head bowed, but I talk to God just the same. I tell him everything. I thank him for things large and small. I ask for blessings on those who have made my life easier (like the guy who invented air conditioning! LOL) and for help for those in need. The best part is he is always there and listening. How very cool is that?!?

I pray often every day as things occur during the day. I may walk past someone who looks very upset or unhappy, I would pray for them. I think about the things God has done for me, and I thank Him. I see things on the news or something occurs to me about a friend or co-worker or relative that needs guidance from God, or salvation. I pray then.
During the course of each day, many things present themselves for prayer, either by something I see or hear, or a thought that comes into my mind. It is a great joy to know that we can come to God anytime, anywhere, because of Jesus Christ.

Short answer is everyday, many times thoughout day.
Let me provide a little insight. Suppose you had a close, intimate friend. You had access to him all the time, you share interests, you know he has done marvelous things for you that no one else ever could or wanted to, you know he has your best interests at heart all the time and can accomplish anything he wants. You love him dearly.
Why wouldn't you want to constantly share with him everything going on in your day, not only your needs and what you want, but what you feel, what you're afraid of, how things are going, what your dreams and ambitions are, what you're frustrated by, everthing going on in your life.
Such is the nature of the normal prayer life of the Christian.

One who is indwelled with the Holy Spirit prays without ceasing. For where we stop the Holy Spirit takes over. And, yes I pray always even when things are going good.

I pray to my Heavenly Father everyday. Sometimes several times a day. When things are good or bad, I always give God the praise. He is the one who watches over me, and supplies my needs. All Praises go to Him.

Every day---all through the day! I don't have to stop what I'm doing to pray. I can just talk to my Heavenly Father and to my Brother, Jesus, whenever I want---either allowed or silently.
My goodness, they're my family---just as I am a member of the Body of Christ. My brothers and sisters in Christ would be offended and hurt if I didn't talk to them. Look at everything Our Father and Our Brother does for us minute by minute in our lives. I can at least tell them, "Thanks"!
They made the world for us----the least we can do is show it to them through our eyes. Thank you, Lord, for this opportunity to even type your name and tell someone how much I love you. Thank you for this person who asked the question. Bless them today. And, Oh---Lord---if they have anything challenging them today, can you help them with that, too! Thank you. In Jesus Name-----AMEN

I do "drive by praying" any number of times a day ("Thank you, Lord, for this beautiful day" sort of thing), and two sit down sessions per day (once on my own, once with my daughter).
