don't listen to those shnooks who tell you that you are 13...so what? Remember, if you are 13 or 35 what you eat means a great deal as to how you feel. Too much weight, even for a young guy, is eventually debilitating. Affects the heart, lungs, skin, kidneys and so on. Eat three good meals a day but no snacks. No candy bars. OK on energy bars. Eat lots of fruit...great for you. Chicken and meat OK but in moderation. Hold down the potato chips, salad and fries. Eat fish...as much as you can stand. Excellent food, except Tuna because of the high Mercury content. Eat lots of veggies. Why are you hungry? Do you exercise a lot? Nervous? After a good dinner you shouldn't be hungry until the next A.M. At times nervous and depressed people eat a great deal. It calms them down and has a tendency to alleviate the depression. However, they usually gain weight. No good!!! Moderation is the answer.

MAKE GOOD EATING HABITS 4 LIFE!!! have some veggies - celery with peanut butter is goodmmm carrot sticks milk an apple most things in the crisper lol =)

A growing 13 year old needs plenty of milk. I suggest you drink a glass of whole milk and eat and apple.
That should give you energy and tide you over.

It doesn't matter how old you are... If you're hungry don't be stupid, open the fridge and figure out what you want to eat on your own.
