Long(unless it's a dachshund variety,then it IS "long-HAIRED") ,smooth,wire,broken,double,single,harsh,soft,wavy,silky,curly,etc.,etc....COAT! Some have "pelt".
They don't have "hair" or "fur" LOL!!Geeeeze,it's fun to know the jargon. Wish I could do that w/auto repair.
