What foods are you eating to satisfy your hunger? The more high glycemic foods you eat (sugary, starchy prepared and refined), the more you will crave those foods. Sugar is addictive and it only takes one bite to start the cycle of addictive cravings. If you replace all your snacking with raw fruit and veggies your appetite will naturally decrease, plus you'll be getting the vitamins your body needs so your overall health will increase too. It might be difficult the first week or so but your taste buds will adjust and eventually the fresh, raw produce will taste much better than the other. I'm a raw foodist myself. 95% of my diet consists of raw fruit and veggies, which includes nuts and seeds and sprouted legumes. The more raw you eat, the better you will feel overall.
Blessings

Most people will simply say (and I agree) change what you eat, and not how you eat. Pick whole wheat breads instead of white, reach for the breast of the chicken rather than the breaded and deep fried variety. Grab an apple instead of a chocolate bar, and have a vanilla yoghurt instead of vanilla ice cream. It does sound too easy to be true, but it does work; and it is the first and hardest step to changing your lifestyle. If you can maintain a healthy diet with foods only found on the food pyramid (USA) or food rainbow (Can) for three months; you’re on the right track, and can then move to the next step...exercising. The biggest problem I see when people decide to change their life is they get too enthusiastic about it and go over board. This leads to too much information and too drastic a change; and usually ends up back where you started; eating wrong and no physical activity. Start with the eating, and then when you’ve got that down (put a 3 month goal on that); start walking home from work or something simple like that (start with once a week and move up to 3 days a week then 5). Then work your way up to going to the gym and meeting with a personal trainer, and going 2-3 days a week. Then further that to 3-5 days a week. You can’t expect to do everything at once and succeed. You also can’t just do it all in three months. This is a lifestyle change and will last the rest of your life...no need to hurry to the finish, but start gradual and it will stick with you forever.

Trimspa is known to stop food cravings, I don't know from experience though. Smoking too, but I would never smoke to curb my appetite. Just have self control, don't eat. You'll stop getting a headache when you get used to not eating all the time, just take migraine pills.

Drink lots of water and realize that over eating is a choice. Once you start eating normal portion sizes you stomach will shrink and you will feel less hungry. Also, find out why you overeat....some people use it to self soothe so counseling may help you....Good Luck!
