Can you work from home? What is the precedence in your workplace? Is the reason all your co-workers are gone due to an off-sight function, sickness or what? Is there someone there to back you up? Many things that are unknown about your situation.

Well, if you are expected to be there, I would say stay. If there is no point in staying and nobody is expecting you to stay then go - but don't cheat on your time sheet :-)
