From lentils and red meat but not much from spinach, that Popeye legend started because of a mistake when they first estimated the rate of iron in them.

Red meat, liver, spinach, lentils.
The absorption of iron is not so good from plants as it is from meat, though. Have a blood test to see iron and ferritine to see if you need more.

I was told besides all the other stuff everyone else said, raisins!
Better than eating liver and spinich all day!
I was told this by the nurse when I was low iron when I tried to donate blood!

don't know how much but you can get iron from beets good for the blood
