Red meat, liver, spinach, lentils.
The absorption of iron is not so good from plants as it is from meat, though. Have a blood test to see iron and ferritine to see if you need more.

I was told besides all the other stuff everyone else said, raisins!
Better than eating liver and spinich all day!
I was told this by the nurse when I was low iron when I tried to donate blood!
