Real Estate commercials on T.V.?

Question

Has anyone bought one of the "No Money Down" or any of the other programs offered on late night T.V? They all sound good but i'm sure there is a catch. What was your experience? Whats the catch? How much does it really cost? Give details and ill give the best answer 10 points.

They teach you the usual tricks of the trade. No money down is pretty widespread, but that usually means buying overpriced property on realtors' terms and owing them money till you die.
