Any reccomendations for an alternative to Advantage?

I need to get a flea treatment for my dog who seems to have picked up fleas, I would like to find a less expensive treatment, but just as effective as Advantage- Thanks

Bio Spot is a great alternative the only drawback is that is not waterproof .

try pet,s only your local pet stores i have very go luck , with just
shampoo,s then use the flies spray,s with my too dog,s
