Eat sensible small meals 4-6 times a day and do cardio for 1/2 hour a day for atleast 3 days a week. Eat snacks of fruits & vegies in between meals. Never deprive yourself, if you want sweets it's ok, everything in moderation. Also, drink plenty of water. This will not only help you in losing weight, but will make you feel so much better.

make lifestyle changes one at a time. Don't go on a diet, change your eating habits one at a time. For the first month look at your bad eating habits and pick one to change. For example: Stop eating out frequently limit it to once a week or twice a week. Don ' t give up your bad habit entirely, indulge yourself on a finite basis per day or week . That way you won't feel deprived and have a tendency to binge . The next month add (or rather take away) another bad habit. Recording what you eat everyday and how many calories (measure your food) you are putting into your body helps you see what is going on.

I lost 95 lbs in 8 months using a program called Shapeworks. My doctor told me he has never seen me healthier. My blood pressure is now normal, and all my blood work came back perfect. I guess that would be healthy. And by the way, I have kept it off for over 4 years now. Here is the website where I got it from: www.loseweightnow.com/tfward

Healthy diet and exercise.

Cut your calories way down, to say, 1500 a day, and excersize with at least 30 minutes of cardio starting out three times a week.

eat 5 to 6 SMALL meals a day in 3 hour intervals, you should not eat more than 2 oz of protein, 4 oz of carbs and unlimited steamed vegetables or salad, as long as you don't put butter or high-fat dressing on it, 2 to 3 pieces of fruit a day, eat enough to get full, but not enough to stuff yourself. Cut out all white flour products, eat only whole wheat pasta, bread, do not eat white rice, use brown rice instead, cut out white potatoes.

EXERCISE!!!! in order to lose weight, you must burn more calories than you take in.

Start off with a detox so your body can have a fresh start with whatever diet/fitness routine you choose. I use the Ultimate Energy Cleanse (www.ultimateenergycleanse.com) and have had great results. Be sure to include Yoga, as it detoxifies as well as reduces stress related weight gain.
