the hardest ab exercises are the ones that involve your legs. Lay down on your back all stretched out and without bending your knees lift your legs to a 45 degree slowly and down. Do this 100 times and you'll feel the burn! :-)

you need to artwork out another day with weights, 3 days a week . ( occasion : monday , wednesday, friday ) on a daily basis do ab workouts ,different than sunday. Run a mile on your off artwork out days tues thurs sat. perhaps a style of days upload in some sprinting workouts which will burn greater energy and fat. consume nutritional nutrition and snacks . Fruit ideally for a snack with occasional ice cream dish as a cope with for doing reliable artwork.
