Don't feel like there is a problem with you because of them. You have every right to be angry about this. I let my ex best friend live with me once and she got on my last nerves. She would eat my food and label hers so no one would eat hers. She would make a mess and throw her clothes all over the floor. One time she went for a walk and it had just rained so she came in the house with muddy shoes and walked all over my carpet and dragged all of her mud in with her. I told her "Hey, you got mud all over the carpet" and i said it in a nice way. I wasn't mean to her. She looked at the floor and said "oh.... hehehehehehe" Oh man that pissed me off. She didn't even clean it up. I let the mud sit on the floor to see how long she would let it sit there. It ended up being there for a week and I had to clean it up. Then she was always on my computer, hogged up my radio, and just got on my nerves. We hate each other now. If you desire keeping your friendship with this person, I suggest that you both talk this out and compromise before the two of you end up hating each other.

You should be angry. They are not showing you the respect you would expect from a friend. Set boundaries...put them in writing and then have a meeting with them. Let them know that you value friendship with them and dont want this to get out of hand. You are probably doing things that are bothering them also and it will be good for everyone to have it all in the open so you can deal with it instead of getting mad all the time.

I know how you feel in my house there are 5 kids and 2 adults and we eat more than any family you know (lucky for us we all have fast matobolisms) but it is so hard to keep food we buy for ourselves like if I go to Jack Frosts Ice Cream with my friends and bring some ice cream back for later...my brother will eat the ice cream and it gets me so mad! here are some helpful hints that help me with my anger.
-Stop & make a list of the things they are doing to annoy you.
-Circle the top 3 things that they do to annoy you that get you the most angry with them
-Write down some suggestions you could give them to make life a little happier & easier for you & them
-Confront your roommates and say "Hey (roomates name here) your eating all of my food and its been bugging me alot latly 'cause i pay for that food with my own money. Do you think you can cut down on the amount of food of mine you take please?"
-If they do not listen hide your food!

Do they pay their rent on time? If not, you could use that as an excuse for them to find another place, if you have a problem with just coming out and telling them to get their act together. Do you have your own room with a lock? I would possibly lock all the stuff you don't want them to get into in your room..

Maybe you need to find some new room- mates! If you have asked them to stop this and they continue to do it, then, I think they are taking advantage of you. The only way to stop people like that is to not live with them. Sorry, that is the only advice I have.

Put a pass code on your computer. They did that at my work so only the right people can even log on to it. As for the food mark all things that are yours and if its a liquid mark the side at the level your left it.

OMG, i know exactly what you are talking about. i just got out of that situation. oooooooohhhhh, it was bad. they never paid for anything or cleaned anything!! here's an example: one of my friend's "boyfriends" shaved and left his nasty hair ALL OVER the sink. i left it and waited for her to clean it up. needless to say it was there for 2 days before i went the **** off!!
after 5 years of this crap i had had enough. they are gone now, and i have to say that i am a better person all around. i am happier. end the living situation before it ends the friendships.

Put a password on your computer, buy only the food you want to eat and label it. Or, find new roommates.
