It could be strep throat, sinus infection, tonsilitis, Get to the dr. & have them take a look & if you need treatment (anibiotics) they are the only ones that can prescribe that. Good Luck!

How long has it been since you noticed an enlargement? Does the lymph node feel sore / painful to the touch? If yes, it's probably due to infection, since you mentioned a sore throat, stuffy nose, etc.

Of course, I second everyone else's instructions on visiting a doctor - you'll have to have the sore throat infection tackled anyway before it gets more severe.

An enlarged lymph node could also be a reaction to signs and symptons that are not visible unless certain diagnostic tests are performed by your doctor. It could be a problem with your teeth/gums, or other internal body infection. Go see your doctor.

I'd go to the doctor and not ask people online if you want to get an accurate diagnosis.

Sometimes though they do enlarge when you are about to have an infection.
