I honestly can't say. I always eat them with maple syrup...never thought of putting honey on them....thanks for the tip though! I will have to try it.

have to say... Maple syrup. the real stuff, not the mass market cheap imitation syrup. I'd rather use honey than that icky stuff

My mom puts a fried egg on top, eats that then if there is no egg left, she puts maple syrup on the pancakes. It's really not bad./
