Why would you want to leave Dubai?!?! That's where I want to be.
Anyway, you can go to your local consulate or immigration office and ask to apply for a workers visa. I don't know what the qualifications are, but you can go on line at www.ins.gov. Good Luck!

Dubai is one of the wealthiest areas, why would you want to leave there. If you're thinking of immigrating try a holiday in that country first.

First of all you need to have a confirmed job-offer from a company that does business in US and then it need to file an application on your behalf with the CIS -- Citizen & Immigration Services, US agency that deals with all this kinda stuff, and sponsor your work-permit, which if approved will grant you the right to work in US for a specific period of time.

you need to secure a job here, have them apply to the USCIS to get you a work permit and visa.... but Buddy it's best you stay in India... all the jobs are moving there...

Your best bet is to go back to India. We are shipping most of our best IT jobs there.
