Every single non-rainy day for awhile now, after work, I walk around the city neighborhood and evangelize. I leave meaningful tracts everywhere. I understand this is expected of me, but I do it because I love Him; also, I truly believe it glorifies God, so it qualifies as something I do for Him.

Dear Emma,
You have asked really a good question where you have hit the nail on my forehead to be frank.I am Christian,we really forget, especially my to thank God for the each day for he gives. Please do pray for myself to give more time of to God.
I am a God fearing person,at times I forget what wonders and all the great things God has done in my life,we think it just happened. But no, without God's help, nothing is POSSIBLE.But,we hardly think about this,we are in our own world.
Thanks for your wonderful question.
May God Bless You and your Family.

There is nothing you can do for God. All things are possibly by God. You can only hope to have sincere desire and even then God may not choose you to do what you think you wanted to do for God.
God doesn't want anything from us. All he gives us are some simple rules to live our live more fruitfully.
The only thing God requires from us is our love.
It is said in the HIndu scriptures that God is complete and whole in himslef. He can expand and create other things from within himself but remains full (http://isopanisad.com/invocation/en)

On a daily basis my children try to live a Christ like as we can, it is not an easy task but isn't it the least we can do for the man who gave his one and only son for our sins! I believe everyone should try it even if you start small just a kind word, gesture or smile I guarantee it will make your day better - Try It!

I feel that it is so one sided all the time. God does things for me all day, even when I am sleeping. I like to love on Him and serve Him the best I can....and to love others as much as possible.

I work hard to try to show those who can't accept what is believed by the brightest minds on this planet that God doesn't exist and those of us who with any brains realise that

Begun living my life in love, rather than fear, because I now have ultimate faith in God and the perfection of the life God has given us.

I have rejoiced in the fact that Jesus is alive and thanked him for sending us his only son. I have been gracious to others, even at work, and I am a nurse. I am happy and thankful to God every day. God knows what we do for him, and every action we do is pleasing to him, if it is in his name.
