If you want a background check done on someone, you need to go to the courthouse in the county where they reside. Public records are there and you can view them.
If you are unable to do that, pay someone to do it for you. You can get it done, online, for about $30.00. If you think it is important for you to investigate a person, surely you think it is worth $30.00 to have it done properly, thoroughly, saving your gas money and time. No one can work for free, including you. Good Luck !
