Try this: "Hi, My name is XXXXXX, would you be interested in having dinner with me this weekend?"
After so many years of dating, I don't play around with the games or trying to give (or look for) signals that someone is interest. Just go out on a date and see what happens. Sometimes there is a connection, sometimes it's a flop. There is no secret code or password or magic phrase - just be blunt and honest and have fun.
