Steak and eggs with hash browns or fried potatoes and toast-I like rye toast with butter and orange marmalade. To drink orange juice is good, maybe some vodka, and lots o' coffee! Cook the eggs sunny side up, but if you don't like them soft, put a lid over them or just flip 'em. Left-over steak is great, just throw it in with the the potatoes once they're almost done. A fresh steak you have to cook separately.
For a fast breakfast, you can always cook extra steaks and potatoes the night before.
If you don't have or like steak, and since you don't like pork, you can have chicken or fish, like salmon, or anchovies on black bread with butter, or caviar on black bread with butter, but steak is the best way to go.
For good hash browns or fried potatoes, you have to get the pan and the oil hot before putting in the taters--drop one in to see if it sizzles, if so then drop the rest in. RESIST the temptation to turn them often. Let them simmer and brown. turn the heat down after a little while or they'll burn. START the taters first, becausee they take the longest to cook (unless you are frying left over or pre-boiled taters, which you can do). Butter helps the taters brown, but it also burns fast. Be careful if you cook them in butter, but you can use a mix of oil with a little butter added. Do the toast last.
Breakfast is the BEST meal! If you lean to cook a good breakfast, the person you wake up with will love you all the more.
For scrambled eggs, whip the eggs a LOT with a fork; add a tiny bit of milk if you have it. Use a coated pan, like a teflon pan, and get the pan hot (but dont burn the butter) before you add the eggs, then turn it down a bit, but not much, and cook the eggs really fast. turning them almost constantly. If you whip them up, cook them fast in a hot pan, they will be the best scrambled eggs your friend will have ever had. Learn to be a good cook and your life will improve!

Strawberry crepes, orange juice, bagel, cold glass of milk, omlet (with steak chopped and mixed in if you like!), um, any of these are nice. If you are on the go, hot cereal is always a quick meal as well as an egg sandwich for a finger food choice (egg, dressing, lettuce, tomato, maybe some onions)
Lots of choices, check the cookbook isle at your library/book store and pick up a theme you like (ie Ethnic foods, quick foods, interesting breakfast foods)

Eggos. There are so many varieties now. Homestyle is a good place to start.
Corned beef makes a suprisingly good breakfast meat, especially if heated up (a minute and a half in the microwave will usually do it.

If you are missing meat from your breakfast, you could always try turkey as an option. If fixed the right way, it makes a great addition to eggs, or can be a side addition to biscuits and gravy. Turkey is not as popular a meat as pork, but I gave up pork a while back too, so I have been looking for options too. So far, this seems to work. Also, you could try ground beef mixed with scrambled eggs, put in a burrito with shredded cheese and Voila!--Breakfast!
