If you don't do coffee, drink tea. It has more caffeine than coffee anyway.
Also, working out later at night keeps your adrenaline going. So go for a run or swim.
And last but not least, take a 45 minute nap in the day time if you want to be up late at night. You may feel tired right when you get up, but the amount of energy you store in that 45 minutes is enough to keep you going!

ok there are a few ways
1)the night b4 stay awake as late as u can n then sleep for the whole day until u need to be awake
2)every hour drink a pint of water, this will keep u awake also u will need the loo more often so wont be able to sleep
3)make sure u can be doing something fun like dancing to your fave music or walking as long as you do something ull be ok but drink water still its good at keepin ppl awake

I worked an overnight shift for a year. Finding things to keep your mind occupied is key. Talking to someone, watching a movie or other type of program that you find to be interesting, working on something. Things like that. The wee hours tend to be the hardest.

stay active concentrate on something like a game or movie or take a walk around the neighbor hood keep moving around don't stop until you pass out but know this you will be clinically INSANE if you don't sleep at all for three days good luck

that is a nasty theory now to not sleep, yet in a pinch apples or bananas will genuinely paintings extra efficient than caffine. Orange juice or different fruit juice is in between both. Caffine will purely make you crash in an hour or 2.

I remain physically active. housecleaning is a good idea. Do not sit down at comp or tv! You can fall asleep sitting up playing games! Trust me, I know!
