Is she hasn't left him in 8 years she will never leave him. That's a really bad situation for you because she had her cake and she was eating it too. So you were claiming someone that wasn't yours in the first place. Making false promises for you to stay. You just need close that chapter in your life and move on. You have lost 8 years that you could of been in love and marrried to someone else.

If she won't leave, she's made it clear you're NOT the one.

Find a good woman who will make it clear you ARE the one for her.

Don't be played. Move on and build a relationship with someone who has room in their lives, heart, and bed for you.

Forget about this girl. Chalk it up to life experience and move on.

You grow up and realize that you shouldn't have gotten involved with a married woman. She will never leave her husband for you. You're just a diversion for her.

You shouldn't have a married girlfriend in the first place! That's adultry and is breaking a major commandment! Shame on you! (Not that I'm judging you personally or anything, but that is really wrong!)

You find someone else who's not married. If she would decide to leave her husband and go with you, what makes you think she's going to be faithful to you? Find someone else dude, there's too many fish in the sea. laterz..........

Try to get involved with someone that's not married already. Think about it, if you were married would you want your wife screwing other people? Sad but true!
