What a great job that would be!!! Going to culinary school would be a big step in learning about the foods and if you went to college and got a degree in journalism you could get a job working for a newspaper or magazine. Even start your own local website and do your own critiques on restaurants in the area. You never know where that could take you if you market your site properly.

You could take a course in journalism or try to get a column in a small local paper to start with. They may even pay for your meals or pay for assignments. Most local papers only want good reviews for their advertising customers but it is a place to get started.

either be a journalist or a chef, you need to have lots of experience in one of the two or both
