Everybody say they love me so much: parents, hubby, mother-in-law... but actually I don't feel they respect my opinion nor even let me open my mouth... I feel treated like a baby. What am I doing wrong and how can I stop it and make them respect me more? I am sick and tired of them all.

I'm 40 and I have the same problem with some of my family. Wish I had an answer for you. Sometimes I get the feeling that the people in my life really don't think I can do anything right. At least their actions say so. I usually ignore their stupid remarks and go about things my own way. If the remarks really get to me, I'll just plain tell them that I know what I'm doing. Usually works too.
