I was wanting 2 know if anyone owns one & if u can lose weight from it! B/C I thought of buying one but would like 2 know if they have there faults as well.

no. diet, eat healthy veggies and protein, no sugar and run. It might help tone you up after you lose weight.

If you follow their program which probably comes with a 1200 per day calorie eating program.

If you follow a lower calorie program and do similar exercises with out the machine hten you will lose weight in the same manner. If you are looking for something to help you do sit ups then try a stability ball - it's much cheaper and relieves the pressure on your back.

Don't waste your money. Buy one of the big excersise balls sit to the edge of it and secure your feet and do sit up on that. works your abs and your sides. I tried my sister in laws ab lounger that she decided she didn't like, and I worked that thing for 2 weeks, I couldn't feel it at all.

ab lounge is considered an anerboic workout in that it builds abs--a workout that doesnt elevate heart rate for an extended period of time and does not burn fat

cardiovascular activity burns fat--stuff like running, cycling, etc

if you want to lose weight--go with cardio and eating healthy
