Eat Parsley, a sprig or more.
But you should be proud of eating garlic and it's subsequent smell, it tells people that your diet is healthy, but most of all get as many others to eat it as well.
I HATE CUT AND PASTE. They like to bore us to death and claim the work as there own.
England's glory should note that this is a site for relaxation and come up for air and get your head out of your artistic licence, your contribution is so unnecessary and is boring me.
England's Glory, You are the very thing I personally hate about this site, with your cut and paste.
If you didn't cut and paste, then Please get a life, there are real people out there, if you can't get out' then e-mail people, but don't spam the site. I will take some of your E-mails as long as you don't try to bore, or spam.
Good luck!

Parsley, or a sugar-free mint, Smints or the ones they sell in Holland and Barrett are good.

Garlic breath is caused by the allicin that it produces, which in turn breaks down into over 30 different sulfur-containing compounds. Those sulfur compounds are what cause garlic breath and onion breath.
Two things have been shown effective in recuding garlic breath in studies:
1) Drink a glass of whole milk. It has to be whole milk, as it's the fat content in milk that counteracts the sulfur compounds and reduces garlic breath.
2) Drink green tea. The polyphenols in green tea work to neutralize some of the sulfur compounds that cause garlic breath.
