Lakes come from rivers, which come from mountains, where fresh snow melts or new drain dropped. Ocean receive all water sources as an outflow, and stocks it all, including the dirt, sand, etc. which came along. It can only evaporate the water, but the salty particals remain.

Because rivers and streams are fresh water. In fresh water it's cleaner and taste better.The ocean is salty cause thats the way it suppose to be.
