I was thinking of switching from my usual coffee with tons of sugar every morning, to tea with a little bit of honey...

The calorie content is not much different, but honey has superior properties it is also lower on the Glycemic index, so you are less likely to store it as fat, and more likely to burn it. Besides it tastes better too.

honey, it makes it taste better, it is a natural sweeter, not like sugar which is process and it is added chemicals for it to be fresh longer, its healther.

Much better...honey is more natural and metabolizes better than sugar. In other words, it won't make you as fat!

yes honey is made by bees so its natural and is not man made or refined so it has no sugar
