Strawberries are a good source of vitiamin c and cherries and mango are high in vitamins also. They don't burn any calories but they fill you up so when yo workout then you burn calories.

I love Strawberries. Its a good low carb option as well. You can have starwberries and whipped cream and still burn calories. My favorite

i read in a chinese food-for-medicine book (The Chinese System of Using Foods to Stay Young, Henry C. Lu--> the book lists the foods, then what they help out in; borrowed from library) that

strawberries help turn your hair into its original color, helps with dizziness, and helps develop strong willpower;

pears suppress coughs, aids digestion (with regular consumption), helps with hypertension (regular cons.), helps with phlegm, and pear peels (the skin part) are good 4 helping with summer heat, when you have "boils on the skin" (skin disease), and when you have coughs;

apple helps with digestion and apple peels are good for phlegm; tomatoes help with digestion, when you have urination difficulty, and "facilitate healing of wounds";

watermelons helps with hypertension and urination difficulty; banana help hypertension;

orange peels: "boil mandarin orange peels in water and drink it like tea" for sore throats (i copied this down from the book b4 returning it);

mangoes stop vomitting and mango peels help with urination difficulty.

they will eat you when you are sleeping, and they know when you are a wake. they know when your bad or good, and eat you and touch your breasts when you are a bad girl and just eat you if you are a boy.
