Green tea as a whole is a mirraculous when taken as a natural remedy for weight loss..I can state that firmly ,because of my own experience. I have now absolutely normal weight and tight figure,just because of a moderate diet and excercising( mostly walking) and daily intake of minimum 3 cups of Green tea. Depend on the pills,I would strongly recommend you to seek for the Pu-erh tea ( it's called also Red tea) and is also one of the best solution for weight loss..there are also available Ru-erh tea in capsules,which work fine..Take care..Best of luck !!

hmmm...green tea is extremely beneficial for many things, ie tooth plaque, digestion, and it will help weight loss. But the pills DO NOT compare to benefits of drinking the actual tea. So I advise drinking the actual tea, one to two cups daily. You can make it and ice it, if that tastes better, plus there are a variety of flavors of green tea on the market (ie raspberry, mango, etc).
Also consider sipping water all day, this will cleanse your system, reduce your cravings and definitely help you lose weight as you also reduce portion size and increase fruit and veggies.

No they are just good for your skin. YOU have to loose the weight not a pill. Only YOU can burn those calories the only way to loose weight is by doing a workout for 30 min. a day.
