i think my ankle is internally bruised. It hurts when something touches it and when the skin stretches the bone moves and its like a shock/sting. Does anybody know a @ home treatment so it can heal fast? I've tried putting ice on it but it doesn't seem to help.

Honestly, if I were you, I'd seek medical advice from a doctor. Being a soccer player, it's important you get that healed as soon as possible. The doctor can take x-rays to make sure there is no fracture...and if not, he can tell you what you must do to get your ankle in tip-top shape again. Best of luck to ya!!

Unfortunately only time can ceal deep bruising. For the pain use ibuprofin about 1200mg about 20 minuites before the game. Also it'll need some additional support so tape it up tight just before the game. That ought to get you through the game but then stay off of it and keep your feet up.

You should see a doctor. Have you had x-rays done? A doc would be able to rule out any type of fracture. If everything is normal on the x-ray you may need an MRI to rule out any torn tendons or ligaments.

You need to see a doctor. You could be doing more harm than good by trying to fix something when you're not even sure whats wrong.

A doctor would be the right person to see at this time.

ice, rest, elevation, maybe compression. Then the next stop is the doctor.

Gee, if you didn't "need" that ankle, I'd say just amputate it. silly silly
