I got a little too drunk in Vegas and got married. This was one month ago. The problem is that the person I married which at the time I thought was a woman, actually turned out to be a man. So this "guy" has been living with my for the past month. I dont want to look like a prick and call the marriage a sham, but I cant be married to a man, or a transvestite. Its just bad business. With a trans wife I know I will not move up in my company.

How do I nicely tell this guy to get out of my house, and that I never ment to marry him in the first place?... Tactfully...

Well, it's not a legal marriage. You have no legal connections to this guy. What have you been doing for a month? How did it get this far? Kind of strange that you didn't know it was a guy to begin with, but once you got sober you should hav been able to figure it out. So you didn't mind too much.

First, please tell me what did you drink that night in order to avoid uncomfortable situations. :-)
Okay so you should hire a good lawyer who can annule your marriage with your 'wife'. Especially because you didn't know some important facts about him/her. This is a good reason for the annulment.
You don't have to live together just because you made a mistake. After the legal things the best you can do is to change the locks and try to keep away him/her (whatever) from your house.
And please don't drink so much!

It is a sham. You were drunk. And the fact that you didnot get this annulled in the first place is beyond me. What is the matter with you? Get a freaking annullment. Get the police involved, too. Then, move.

Haven't you watched that Simpsons episode when Homer and Ned were drunk and married a couple of prostitutes? Hahaha. Watch it and learn. :)

Well, here's the tip from the ep: set your "wife" up to get drunk then take "her" to church to marry some old rottin' dude from a retirement home - get it on videotape, and then prove that "she" was committing polygamy and adultery and then take it up to the court for divorce proceedings.

Done and done. Hahaha.

Easy,
If you live outside of vegas then the marriage doesn't count becuz what happens in vegas stays in vegas.
Its a law.
Grab your shotgun and tell him He has 3 seconds to get the f*** out your house, count to one and then fire.

be honest - just as you were here - you have every right to have this annulled as you were deceived and not told the truth from the beginning - next time you go to vegas make sure to take some friends along who have your back and keep you in the Casino and not the wedding chapels.

Arrange his marriage with a beautiful girl. He will leave automatically without your asking, just as a matter of security of his wife.

Man that is a tough one. Just tell him you thought he was a lady and now that you know he's not that you don't want to be married any more.

Why would you let it go this long? Where were your friends? and why didn't they lookout for you? Man this is funny! Bottom line "it" misrepresented "itself" so just go get an annulment. Forget the pleasantries "She is a He"
