I know I should use a screw, but what do I use so the hole that I make doesn't start rusting?

I've actually seen the dealers use that double-stick foam tape stuff you use to put up your posters! ;) LOL

use a license plate cover and some special screws so that if someone decides to use your plates the will need a special screwdriver to take it off

if the top 2 screws are in it will be fine.

Stick some dynamat to the back of your plate.
