In my statistics class we had these three "astonishing" figures created by the University of North Carolina, all of which are backed by enough "proof" to be published in the US. 100% of coffee drinkers will die from cancer before they are 50 years old. 98% of people would vote for a dog for their next president, but only if the dog was a border collie. And my favorite, 90% of statistics are misleading.
