have a lg vx8300 cell phone n i just bought the music essential kit n when i did what the booklet it came with n when it says to download windows media player 10, i say yes but at at the end. It doesnt install n i cant download my songs on to my cell phone. it says "connect failure please check your cable connection to the pc." n I hav done this 4 times already n no success.
