Do some serious crunches. Do 25 in the morning and 25 before you go to bed. Dont eat nothing after 8pm. And the every day when you are doing the crunches, add five more to the crunches. Plus drink plenty of water and eat plenty of fruits.

Cheerios with blueberries in them and skim milk - 2 meals per day. Third meal light dinner. Your chlosterol will go down too.
