i got tested of high blood pressure am only 18yrs and also something about the muscles also kidney problem.

If it's not high blood pressure I'd say your salt intact is entirely too much. You should try loosing the salt for a week & drinking lots & lots of water. If after that week your swelling has went down significantly then that's exactly what it was. No salt, lots of water! Hope this helps...by the way...i had swelling also...i was diagnosed with high blood pressure & told no salt for me! I love salt! Anywho...I gave it up...for the most part anyway & I drink lots of water...my swelling is finally under control! Swelling can be painful so I feel for ya...Best of luck!

could be a circulatory problem, it is called edema, you could be sitting too much and not moving around enough to make the fluid cycle thru your body instead of pooling in your feet and legs. There are anti diueretics for this problem and you can drink more water it should help also.

Test for microalbuminuria in the urine. Reduce salt intake. Consult a nephrologist.
