first, the doc would puncture a hole in your arm vein to insert a catheter. next a tube will be connected to the other end of catheter and to the dialysis machine. after that, the dialysis will start for the next four hours. if you dont get your kidney replace, this will last for a life time. as months pass your vein would slowly wear off and a synthetic vein will be replaced by surgery. so, good luck. a piece of advise, new kidney can be obtained in india for a cheap price and fast.

if you are in renal failure you will need dialysis to clean the toxins out of your blood..if not they will build up,cause organ failure then death...dialysis would intail having a shunt placed under the skin of your forearm for the dialysis to take place or they would put in a subclavian type line.....an endocrinologist can xplain in detail what needs to happen with failing kidneys
