Wow. It is hard to pick just one. But if I had to it would have to be Spanish; cuz I have lot of friends who are Puerto Rican.
Next maybe German or Gaelic.

I agree with everyone who said all of them!

If I have to choose just one, I would pick Spanish (from Spain). Mainly because I´m almost to fluency, but sometimes I feel like I´ll never be fully fluent.

After that, I´d like the other Romance languages (French, Portuguese, Italian, Romanian), then I´d move onto the Germanic languages.

I think that Arabic is written beautifully, so I´d probably move onto that after the others.

Mandarin. I speak Latin, so I can fake my way through French and Spanish already, but I don't have any sort of base in Eastern languages.

I'd like to learn Portuguese next, now that I've got a pretty good handle on Spanish. It'd be fun to learn something more obscure, but hard to keep up, because there'd be almost no one to talk with.

I would choose Greek because I live in a lovely Greek community. I should study the language!
