The aim of the Ramayana is to live life as Ram did - Marayada Purushottam, if you understand what it implies.

The truth of the epic is a personal belief, in case you choose to believe it or not, that's your prerogative, and that's the beauty of Hinduism-more than a religion, it's a way of life.

Dear Freind,

I really appreciate your inquiry, only the people who loves god and want to liberate himself from this body and miseries are really showing there concern abt God.
As you might be knowing that the things which are false cannot remain for long time, but only the true remains, in the very same manner all the scriptures which we have are there for long time, without even a minute alteration. So you can think how authenticate and real they are and so do their content. But if someone do not have anyfaith in that then no one can actually take the benefit from that.
Therefore as the scripture states that human being is there from so long and so is the tru, no one can actually challange them.
In conclusion, keep faith in God or Ram, he is anywhere and everywhere. Do let me know if i can help you further.
Many regards and godd wishes for you.

Ramayan is confirmed piece of history. Sriram ruled Kosala. His consort Sita accompanied Him to forest on the temporary exile. They were attacked by residents of forest.Sriram faced the challenge from Ravan the ruler of Lanka.Archaelogical proof exists for the bridge (sethu).Sriram came back to Ayodhya after securing the release of Sita from captivity.Coming back from that victory Sriram ruled Kosala .

Believe in the story if you want to. Sometimes the things a person needs to believe in the most are the things that may or may not be true.

So, you believe that the king of monkeys helped the prince to rescue his wife, and that the prince could shoot millions of arrows, and that the prince had superhuman strength ( when he lifted the bow, armed it and broke it ) and the buzzards could talk, etc, etc. I think that you are smoking too much weed
