It sounds like something called a Mallory Weiss tear, which is a small tear in the lining of the stomach/oesophagus due to repeated vomiting. It's not that serious, once you stop vomiting it will just heal.

If you are vomiting to the extreme to where you are having blood in your vomit you may not be able to wait. If the blood is just in the saliva then most likely it is due to the capillaries in the back of your throat breaking from the severity of the vomiting spell. I know that most people hate have this asked of them but is your stool (when you go number two) black and looks like tar? If so then you have possibly bleeding of the upper G.I. You need to see the doctor immediately.

The fact that you say that you are going to go really soon but are stating what is happening here on this forum says to me that there is more to this than you are letting on, are you worried about something specificaly? Are you worried about the way you look? Please dont let this thing get too bad - if you need to talk then please see someone - if you are not ready for that yet then email me or anyone who you may feel better spouting off to.
just know one thing - this is really common, you are not a weirdo - really but please know that this IS a thing that needs dealing with so you should start to make some steps to deal with it!!

get it sorted with reflux acid it will burn into your throat causing more problems, the fact you are chucking after everything you eat tells me its nothing to do with that or the hernia, sounds more like an ulcer thats bleeding, the longer you leave getting it checked will make things worse for you,get to your local hospital asap forget your course work
