Yes. The sun will blow up in about 4.5 billion years, taking the earth with it. Odds are humans will have been gone long before that though.

The Bible plainly says it that he will destroy this earth win Satan, sin and sinners and make a new earth and a new heaven.
On the new earth, in which righteousness dwells, God will provide an eternal home for the redeemed and a perfect environment for everlasting life, love, joy, and learning in His presence. For here God Himself will dwell with His people, and suffering and death will have passed away. The great controversy will be ended, and sin will be no more. The asteroid heading towards Earth will destroy the planet, but the planet will also destroy the asteroid. So, yes, the world will destroy.

Yes I believe that the earth will one day be destroyed and by the human race. We are already slowly choking the life out of her. She will be dead long before the sun becomes a supernova.

No, world destruction is the morbid fantasy of religious fanatics who think they are going to get closer to god if the world ends. Hopefully it is a not a self-fulfilling prophecy that results in a whole lot of people being murdered so that the nutbags can see jesus or whoever.

One only has to wonder what will happen when a Muslim country like Iran gets their hands on nukes. Then we have to ponder about North Korea. You tell me... will there ever be a nuclear war some day? You bet there will and some crazy third world country will fuel the fire.

Yes. It's inevitable. See, we humans are like a parasite on the planet. We consume and comsume. We exploit our environment to a critical extent. It's really sad when you think about it. Eventually we will have sucked this beautiful planet dry and Mother Earth will take measures to replenish herself and that means our complete annihalation.

I believe that the world will end and those of us who are onthe world at that time and who follow God and Jesus will make it to The New Jerusalem.
