Not his best fight, just the one where he most completely dominated his opponent.

I'd have to say the it was his fight with Floyd Patterson. The lead up to the fight was nasty and I believe Ali just toyed with Patterson for 11 rounds until he TKO'ed him in the 12th.

The score cards for the first 11 rounds were :
53- 46; 54 - 45, 53 ~ 43

The next on my list would have been Archie Moore, but that only went 4 rounds...

Fights such as Brian London, Richard Dunn and Jan Pierre Koopmans were very one sided. Brian London, according to records did not thrown a punch in anger and Ali was the victor by a city mile. Terrell in 1967 took part in the most onesided fight, please find attached the extract.

Ali entered the ring being regarded by most as the real Champion, hence Terrell would be considered the first Alphabet Soup Paper Champion in boxing history (meaning he held a title, but was not the real Champion.) Ali did what he said he would, beating on Terrell the entire fight, having him hurt badly but purposely not knocking him out, wanting to beat on him more and punish him for not calling him by his chosen name. Ali screamed at Terrell "What's my name, Uncle Tom?!" as he battered him. Ali won a lopsided 15 round decision, reclaiming the undisputed Championship.

Muhammad Ali was at his best and most dominant against Cleveland Williams.

I think his fight against Cleveland Williams was his most dominating fight. Cleveland Williams was a dangerous fighter and a contender and Ali totally outclassed him in a very dominating manner.

I would have to say: "The Rumble in the Jungle". Ali regained the heavyweight title on 30 Oct 74 by defeating champion George Foreman in Zaire. Ali would win this one by taunting Foreman with "The Rope-A-Dope", since Foreman hadn't fought many long bouts, he tired fast. During the eighth round Foreman was clearly exhausted and Ali made his move, knocking Foreman out.
