Poem lyrics of I Never Saw A Moor by Emily Dickinson.

I never saw a moor,
I never saw the sea;
Yet know I how the heather looks,
And what a wave must be.

I never spoke with God,
Nor visited in heaven;
Yet certain am I of the spot
As if the chart were given.

No one has seen hell because no one has been judged yet... that doesn't happen till Christ comes back. Read it in the Book of Revelation.

I was hit by a drunk driver and was comatose for 22 days. I was also clinically dead in this coma and I was in a tunnel... this means that there is life after death... granted I never saw heaven... but there are lots of near death experiences. It is worthy of some research into this issue.

I've never yet heard anyone claim to have seen hell, but I have heard of people who apparently saw heaven, the Apostle Paul for starters (although he says it sort of between the lines for modesty's sake - see 2 Corinthians 12:1-10 for details).

Brainwashed maybe? Fear of not believeing? Faith in the unknown? Doesn't matter, "we all" don't believe. Ones beliefs are personal choices. I don't think you have to see something to actually believe in it, though.

Belief, faith, revolves around believing without seeing.

m, i don't konw why YOU believe in it, if you have no good reason. But it's called 'faith' because of the fact that we really don't know. If we knew it wouldn't be faith.

It's called faith. Just because you can't see it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
