QUICK! Put it back, right where it was before, then set your freezer to defrost. As it slowly thaws, it will help to heal your tongue, repairing any damage. The cold will also numb the pain while it heals and any damaged parts are reattached.

Not really, so call a doctor or go to the ER if it hurts that bad.

Girl!!!!! What in the heck was your tongue doing on a freezer shelf? LMAO ... WOW .... The only thing I can say is that it can't possibly hurt that much because you didn't take your SILLY SELF to the emergency room. That's where people go when they are really hurt. LMAO The things you read on this site is hilarious... You humor me.

I am curious as to how you got your tongue stuck to the freezer! Try putting some "anbesol" or "kanka" (sold in drug stores) on your tongue unless there is a major open wound, then you might want to ask a dentist's advice. The anbesol may burn like heck at first but it should help the pain.

OMG what got into your head to do such a thinng!! My dear I can only imagine your pain!! Well, at least you won't do that ever again. Let's not weep over spilled milk, do you have that gel that we use on baby's gums to ease teething pain? That should work. Or any gel to numb the pain. I only know "Bexident" but I don't know if you have it your country. If it doesn't work go see a doctor. Best of luck!

It takes awhile to heal. The mouth generally heals pretty fast. Use a mouthwash occasionally.
