Pitta with Tuna.
Just had them absolutely lovely!!!!!!
Tin of Tuna, onion, capsicum ( or pepper, whatever you like to call them) mayo
Chop veg and mix all together, you can add a dash of vinegar for extra flavouring.
Stuff in to pitta pockets, really refreshing and takes less than five mins to prepare, plus not much washing up to do after.

make some simple finger sandwiches, like egg , ham, chicken, or tuna salad, or your favorite cold cuts. Cut crust off bread then cut into stips or quarter your choice, serve with a nice fruit plate with a simple fruit dip. Dip: blend together 1 pkg plain or flavored cream cheese with a jar of marshmellow cream ,add flavoring if you like, myself i like raspberry flavoring. or make a cheese ball with 2 pkg crean cheese, 6oz. ham, turkey,beef finely chopped,and the green part of green onion finely chopped,add garlic, pepper, to taste blend well chill before serving with crackers. try these good luck
