First they start talking louder and louder. then they get either really really nice they love everyone(that would have been me when i used to get drunk) or they get really really mean and think they can whip the world. they stagger,sometimes they pass out sometimes they black out. If you are around someone drunk, you will know....

If someone is drunk, you will know it, unless maybe they're on drugs. The two can be similar.

Just by looking at them, I can notice flushed/rosy face with dialated pupils. So in pictures it is easy to tell what people were doing.

They slur their words, can't walk straight, some people get extremely angry or affectionate or they smell like alcohol.
