I am looking at getting either of these as nearly new cars. Can't decide and need some help. Any feedback on either would be great.

Out of the two, a Yaris is far superior.
However, you should seriously consider a Scion xA as well. Xtremely well equipped and only marginally more expensive than a Yaris. They have the exact same motor, and you get power windows/locks, 4wheel antilock brakes, better interior, better sound system (160 Watt Pioneer with 6 speakers), and it's only about 250 bucks to add keyless entry. Much better value for dollar.
And no, it's not "the Box"....although that's a very nice car to ;-)

I have to disagree with the guy on Mitsubishis. I've had a 97 Galant since 99. I've never had any problems with it, only doing regular maintenance. It's now got 160,000 miles on it. The Yaris is a very nice looking car. Isn't the Colt made by Volkswagon?

Of those 2 I would say the Yaris but do yourself a favor and check out the Honda Fit! I was sold on the Yaris but then seen a Honda fit and I am totally going with the Fit now!!

the two are good. fairly in case you like a much less costly vehicle, with rather good financial device, choose for the yaris. in case you like a properly priced vehicle with acceptional financial device, convenience, coping with, styling and each little thing else, choose for the corolla. the yaris is greater fee-effective and has better gas performance. the corolla nonetheless is unquestionably priced and has good performance, yet not as good because of the fact the yaris. however the corolla beats the yaris at each little thing else. btw, the corolla isn't made interior the states, its made in cambridge ontario. it fairly is in canada. i've got exceeded by ability of the production facility formerly.
